those are adorable!!!! That's so cool you're thinking about applying! There are way more teaching posts than other ones, so that's a good way to go. I got a newsletter with a cute picture of a PiAer teaching kids in Japan and they were all wearing pumpkin things, learning about Halloween. There are two essay questions, I think, on the application, then by early January they let you know if you've made it to interviews. Late January are interviews in Princeton, and then selections usually happen around March. I didn't find out until May, but that's a little bit unusual. I'd love to answer any other questions- email is my first name + c+ smith at the gmail dot communist. All one word.
